Hand-made clay brick made with use wooden form and pure clay. Brick size is European standard 250x120x65 mm. Naturally dried and fired with coal in a ring kiln. The firing temperature of this brick is less than 900 degrees Celsius. The low firing temperature makes the brick “soft”. This means that the brick has high porosity, high water absorption and low compressive strength. This type of soft clay brick is used in traditional half-timbered construction to fill the space between wooden beams. Soft bricks can be built on lime or lime-clay mortar. This brick does not have a certificate

Soft brick is packed on pallets – 354 pcs. each. One pallet weighs approximately 1150 kg. Pallets cannot be stacked. By order of 20 pallets of soft bricks, we add one pallet (354 pcs.) for free.
